Radon Removal Staff Randy Weestrand President
Randy started construction work in 1967, working his way through high school and college as a carpenter. In 1978 he got his degree in Business Administration from the U of M and joined his father’s home building company as Executive Vice President. In 1988 he went off on his own as a custom home builder, and started a sideline of radon mitigation. In 1998, the “sideline” had grown to a point where he decided to quit building and concentrate fully on radon mitigation. Randy is also a NEHA certified instructor, and teaches classes on radon to Realtors, builders, home inspectors and architects.

Chris Weestrand Installer
Chris has been installing radon systems for us since 2000, minus about a year spent exploring college. Prior to joining us, he worked as a mechanic. Besides being a fine craftsman, Chris has a drive to understand exactly what his client wants, so he can design a radon system that fulfills those wants.

Jason Lynn Installer
After getting his 4 year degree in Forestry at the U of M, Jason decided that the transient lifestyle of a forester would be too disruptive to his young family. Since he enjoys the outdoors, he went to work for a building contractor, where he learned the trade of carpentry and spent 8 ½ years building new homes. In March of 2007, with the housing market slowing, we were able to hire him as an installer. Jason’s craving to learn, his technical problem solving skills and his carpentry experience make him very appreciated by our clients.
